## 1. DOSI Status

DOSI, launched in September 2022, has experienced rapid growth during its one-year beta service period, recording over 5.5 million users worldwide and more than 560,000 transactions. Then, in January 2024, it was officially launched as a new global digital commerce (D-Commerce), aiming to create the fastest-growing global Web3 ecosystem. (As of February 2024, Source: LINE NEXT Inc.)

## 2. Strategic Investors & Partners

DOSI is collaborating with top-tier global partners. Through strategic investments from SoftBank Corp., NAVER, NAVER WEBTOON, NAVER Z, LINE Games, CJ ENM, YG PLUS, SHINSEGAE, Hashed, and K Auction, we are collectively building a global digital commerce ecosystem.&#x20;

Additionally, in December 2023, LINE NEXT Inc., the operator of DOSI, successfully attracted approximately USD140 Million in investment from a consortium led by Crescendo Equity Partners, marking the largest investment in the Asian blockchain and Web3 industries in 2023. With the goal of 'Web3 popularization,' we plan to continue expanding into a global platform and developing various new services.
